Thank you for playing Word Hoot. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information the app does and does not handle. In short: Word Hoot does not collect, store, or share any personal information about you.

Information we collect

None. Word Hoot has no account system, no login, and no servers of its own. We do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data.

Data stored on your device

All of your game data — your progress, level, coins, diamonds, power-ups, streak, chosen name, avatar, and settings — is stored only on your device. It never leaves your phone and is not sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the app removes this data.

Photo library access

If you choose to set a profile picture, Word Hoot will ask permission to select a photo from your library. The selected image is used only to display your in-app avatar and is stored only on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or share it. You can decline this permission and still play normally.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

Word Hoot contains no third-party analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking of any kind. We do not use cookies or device identifiers for tracking.

Children's privacy

Word Hoot is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the app collects no data at all, there is nothing to disclose or delete.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a future update, the updated version will be posted at this page with a new "Last updated" date.
